Restore your DinDin subscription

Your DinDin subscription is tied to the Apple ID you bought it with, not to your DinDin account or your phone. If you get a new device, reinstall the app, or the app shows “Unlock full access” even though you are subscribed, restoring takes about ten seconds.

On iPhone or iPad

  1. Make sure the device is signed in to the same Apple ID you used to subscribe (Settings → your name at the top).
  2. Open DinDin and sign in to your DinDin account.
  3. Go to My DinDin → tap the gear icon → Restore purchases. (You will also find a “Restore” link at the bottom of the subscription screen.)
  4. Apple will confirm your subscription and full access unlocks immediately. No charge is made when restoring.

Signed in with a different DinDin account?

A subscription follows your Apple ID, so it can only be active on one DinDin account at a time. Restoring on a second DinDin account moves the subscription to that account; the first account goes back to the free tier. If that is not what you want, sign out and restore on the account you meant to use.

Family Sharing

DinDin subscriptions are not shared through Family Sharing at this time; each family member needs their own subscription.

Still not working?

Cancelling instead?

Open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → DinDin → Cancel. You keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for. Deleting the app or your DinDin account does not cancel the subscription.
